GVIEN-Inc. Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) is a residential habilitation program provided in multiple sites throughout New York State supporting children and adults.

Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF):

GVIEN operates Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) for the Mentally Retarded.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI):

GVIEN operates TBI centers.
